Mentoring is the most important aspect of learning how to do something well. We are not a real estate sales office. Instead, we teach our clients to build wealth and security through real estate. Over a period of 14 years, we've bought over 500 homes or units valued at over $150,000,000, in partnership with over 200 individuals. They run the gamut from casual investors starting from scratch, to top executives who didn't understand how to effectively manage their assets before our program. We've developed relationships with lenders, property managers, accountants and attorneys that we leverage to our clients' advantage – and pass on to them.
